Game Data

Maelstrom Respawned does not require an account. Game progress, settings, scores, and unlocks are stored on your device unless an Apple service such as Game Center or iCloud is enabled by you or by a future game feature.

Advertising

The game may show ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device identifiers, ad interaction data, approximate usage information, diagnostics, and related advertising data to deliver, measure, and improve ads. You can manage ad personalization and tracking permissions in iOS privacy settings.

Remove Ads Purchase

Maelstrom Respawned offers a one-time Remove Ads purchase through Apple. Payments, receipts, refunds, and purchase history are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details.

Beta And Waitlist

If you join the beta or waitlist, we collect the email address and platform choice you provide so we can contact you about TestFlight access, launch updates, and related Maelstrom Respawned notices. We do not sell this information.

Support

If you email support, we receive your email address and anything you include in the message. We use that information only to respond and resolve the issue.

Third-Party Services

• Apple App Store and StoreKit for purchases and purchase restoration.
• Apple Game Center if leaderboards or achievements are enabled.
• Google AdMob for advertising.
• Vercel and Neon for this website and beta/waitlist infrastructure.

Children

Maelstrom Respawned is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
